Assistant Manager Accounts

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the overall accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external parties as required.
• Support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the accounts department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
