Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Jalgaon. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage customer relationships effectively. Responsibilities include disbursing loans, collecting repayments, documenting customer profiles, maintaining compliance with company policies, and assisting in achieving branch targets. The role also involves providing financial guidance, engaging with local communities, and promoting the company's mission of financial inclusion through transparent and accessible housing finance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational skills, including branch management, workflow organization, and process compliance.
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management, financial guidance, and client servicing.
  • Competency in data analysis, documentation, and maintaining records with attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to meet targets and manage teams effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and communities effectively.
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Jalgaon region is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFC sectors will be an added advantage.
