Assistant Logistics Manager

As a highly organized and proactive Logistics and MIS professional, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups with vendors. Your main duties will include: - Coordinating and overseeing logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Handling appointment-based logistics and quick commerce logistics efficiently to meet customer demands. - Maintaining strong communication and follow-ups with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials. - Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions. In terms of MIS reporting, you will be required to: - Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement. - Utilize Excel to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data analysis. Your coordination and communication skills will be essential as you: - Collaborate with channel partners to ensure smooth logistics operations. - Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum graduation degree.
