Job Description

Assistant Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage offer roll-outs, and oversee onboarding formalities.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, and headhunting.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Facilitate resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain employee records and HRIS system with up-to-date information.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.

4. Performance Management:

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems (e.g., mid-year, annual reviews).
Assist in tracking KPIs and employee performance metrics.
Provide coaching support to managers on performance issues.

5. Learning & Development:

Identify training needs and organize internal/external training programs.
Track learning outcomes and maintain training documentation.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
