To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager who will be responsible for managing key HR functions including payroll processing, HR policy implementation, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company and statutory policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with the finance team
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and salary components
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Implement and update HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements
  • Ensure all employee documentation and records are up-to-date
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Source and screen candidates for various roles
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain a recruitment tracker
  • Conduct offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process
  • Employee Engagement & Support:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Handle grievance management and support employee relations
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and HRMS software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
