Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asst. HR Manager to join our team in Sector 43, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruitment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
