Assistant HR Manager

You will be responsible for enhancing the organization's human resources through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee relations and HR policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions to maintain the work structure - Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program for organization staff - Preparing employees for assignments through orientation and training programs - Monitoring and appraising employee work results, coaching managers, disciplining employees, and resolving grievances - Implementing employee benefits programs, recommending benefit programs, and conducting educational programs on benefits - Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures - Designing a filing and retrieval system to retain historical HR records - Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, planning & executing employee engagement activities, and managing office administration - Coordinating with admin staff Qualifications required: - 8-10 years of experience in progressively responsible HR, Labour Relations, and Employee Relations roles - Sound knowledge of recruitment planning - Excellent English-speaking skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents - Multitasking and quick decision-making skills Please note that this is a Full-Time position based in Jamnagar.,
