Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support overall operations at Silver Sand Beach Resort. The AGM will assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining guest satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support financial management through reporting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Coordinate with vendors, local service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Step in for the GM when required and manage operational responsibilities independently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality and resort management (minimum 7–10 years preferred).
• Strong leadership & guest service skills with a hands-on management approach.
• Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate/travel to Dapoli (Maharashtra).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
