PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience of minimum 8+ years in residential sales
• Ability to manage team of sales executives and channel partners to achieve sales targets
• Should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and time management skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting clients to brief product through presentations
• Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
• Following up with clients towards sales closures.
• Ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times
• Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing key client relationships from time to time.
• Onboard new Channel partners and drive channel sales
• Consistently partner with all the sales teams and channel partners to achieve revenue
• Be accountable for achieving sales targets
