We are a leading real estate developer in North Bangalore looking for skilled engineers that can work in our team. The candidate will be responsible for Technical checks, site supervision, documentation of day-day activities, work-flow planning and communications. Roles and Responsibilities: Should have good technical knowledge and be able to read and execute the drawings Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to design specifications Knowledge of material inspection, supervising labour teams and overall site management Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the construction process Manage resources effectively by efficiently allocating tasks among team members Maintain high standards of quality assurance by ensuring all work meets the required specifications and regulations Oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
