Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager – Interior Design based in New Delhi. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage design projects, coordinate with clients and teams, ensure quality standards, and manage budgets and timelines. The role also involves strategic planning for growth and development, client relationship management, and guiding junior staff members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in interior design project management and operations
• Strong client relationship management and team coordination skills
• Capability in budget management and timeline adherence
• Excellent strategic planning and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to interior design
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field; additional certifications are a plus
