Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to drive business growth and employee retention.
Design, develop, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with company goals.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance management systems (PMS) and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish a shared vision for the organization's future direction.
Provide guidance on corporate HR best practices to ensure alignment across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
Strong understanding of HR policy formulation, framing, and implementation processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
