Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to drive business growth and employee retention.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with company goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance management systems (PMS) and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish a shared vision for the organization's future direction.
  • Provide guidance on corporate HR best practices to ensure alignment across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of HR policy formulation, framing, and implementation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
