Job Description

1.Accounting & Financial Operations

Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP from group of companies.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently
Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with departmental heads, Directors.
Develop and monitor forecasts and long-term financial plans
Provide variance analysis and insights to management for strategic decision-making
Track performance against budgets and suggest corrective actions

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Conduct financial analysis to support key business initiatives and evaluate business performance
Develop financial models and scenario planning for investment decisions, cost control, and growth opportunities
Provide MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to Senior leadership

4.Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits; ensure timely closure of audit queries
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the organizations assets
