Assistant General Manager (AGM) Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the

  Design Team

• Oversee all

  design projects from concept to execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

  to integrate design with broader business strategies.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce

  design standards, processes, and quality control measures

• Provide strategic input to senior management on

  design direction, trends, and innovation opportunities

  .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design team to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment within the design department.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

  .

• Experience:

  10+ years of experience in

  design management

  , with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing

  design teams and large-scale projects

  .
• Strong skills in

  project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

  abilities.
