We are looking for a dynamic AGM - Design to lead our interior design team and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. This role requires strategic planning, client engagement, project execution, and strong leadership to achieve business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and guide the design team in concept development, space planning, and project execution.Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and offer creative solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for materials and execution.Review proposals, presentations, and documentation for quality.Manage budgets, costs, and resources effectively.Mentor and evaluate the performance of the design team.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelors/Masters in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.10+ years of experience in the interior design industry with leadership exposure.Strong portfolio in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Suite.Excellent project management, budgeting, and client-handling skills.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of sustainable and smart design practices is a plus.
