Role & responsibilities Managing all second level escalations from stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth handover of the project. Proactively identify and address operations issues such as delays, disruptions, vendor management issues or any inventory shortages. Maintain real-time visibility over the entire operations project milestones, handover. Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders including factory, procurement, civil engineers and customers. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of issues. Managing all second level escalations from stakeholders and customers to ensure proactive measures to solve the issues.
