We are a fast-growing start-up based in Bengaluru, India, and have successfully completed numerous interior design projects in a short span of time. We are working towards a one-of-a-kind, complete simplification of the interior design experience. Responsibilities-;

• Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks
• Developing design project budget estimates
• Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties
• Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback
• Motivating and encouraging internal design teams
• Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher
• Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
• Reviewing designs with design team and providing them guidance
• Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time
• Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
• Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
• Creating BOQ
• Taking up client escalation calls and resolving issues
• Strategizing SOP creation and implementation of it in the team
• Working from home, with occasional site & office visits
• Innovating and exploring new trends and designs
• Maintain design catalog and collection for future reference

Skills-:

• Leadership and motivational skills
• Should have an expert command on software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, V Ray, Lumion, Photoshop. (2d,3d & rendering)
• Knowledge regarding modular kitchen and fittings
• Able to come up with new ways of doing things.

Education Qualification-:

• B Arch/ B.ID/Diploma in Interior Design/ M. Arch.

Experience-:

• Should have at least 7-8 years of experience as an Interior Designer
