Assistant Manager, Graphic Designer

Role Deliverables:
Design new-age creatives across multiple formats - including social media, product packaging, merchandise kits, and e-commerce/quick-commerce assets.
Develop key visuals and design concepts for campaigns and product launches, incorporating feedback to meet creative goals. Ensure all design outputs align with brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives. Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor design directions, and emerging creative technologies to keep the brand s visual language fresh and relevant. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented creative environment. Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop and execute overarching creative strategies and visual concepts.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

Experience Required:

5-6 years of professional design experience within a brand or agency setup.
Prior experience in the beauty or lifestyle industry preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media, print, packaging, merchandise, and digital design (including offer banners, landing pages, and e-commerce assets).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Weavy, or similar. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to deliver elevated, detail-oriented design outputs, with a keen eye for color accuracy, retouching, and print production processes across packaging formats.
