Job Description

As a Financial KPI Manager, your role involves managing and monitoring various aspects to ensure the achievement of sales and budget goals for dealers. You will be responsible for setting up sales and marketing plans, collaborating with branch managers, and working closely with Finance for rebate issuance based on dealer performance. Additionally, you will be involved in issuing target letters, sharing performance reports, and driving Krcher Sales towards dealers in alignment with the branch's objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Set up sales and marketing plans for dealers in consultation with branch managers - Meet National Dealer Budget goals - Collaborate with branch managers to set targets for active dealers - Coordinate with Finance for rebate code opening and issuance based on last year's performance - Issue target letters to dealers and share quarterly performance reports against the budget In terms of Performance Management, you will be responsible for proactively driving sales, tracking dealer performance versus budget, updating stakeholders on dealer progression, and developing plans to meet or exceed the budget. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (B-Tech or BE) - At least 15+ years of experience in channel sales, compliance management, financial planning, channel management, and dealer distributor network Your role also involves Training and Development activities. You will facilitate technical and operational training for channel partners, collaborate with trainers for product prioritization, categorize dealers based on performance, and conduct training sessions as per the scheduled calendar. As a Dealer Support and Management professional, you will establish relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts, maintain long-term sustainable relationships, address dealer grievances, and work with the sales and service team to transfer direct accounts. You will also be involved in Dealer Agreement Management, focusing on renewals and new hiring, dealer screening processes, agreement facilitation, and compliance monitoring. Additionally, you will play a key role in boosting sales performance by introducing new concepts, products, services, and campaigns, recommending schemes, and planning visits effectively. In terms of Policy and Compliance, you will be required to adhere to HR, service, and finance policies within the branch. Strong self-starting abilities, effective communication skills, and a strategic approach to relationship building will be essential for success in this role. This full-time, permanent position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, requires a willingness to travel, with 25-30% outstation travel.
