As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a remarkable track record of 50 years in the civil and pipeline sector to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership for civil and pipeline projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Manage end-to-end project execution, budgeting, resource allocation, and contract compliance
• Guide senior engineers, project managers, and site teams in achieving project goals
• Oversee BOQs, billing, procurement, and financial planning for large-scale works
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for smooth coordination
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, statutory approvals, and safety regulations
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures
• Mentor and groom the next line of leadership within the company

Requirements:

• B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 50 years of proven experience in civil construction, pipeline infrastructure, and large-scale project delivery
• Extensive knowledge of project management, contracts, billing, and execution strategies
• Proven leadership in handling residential, commercial, industrial, warehousing, and pipeline works
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Ability to provide both technical and strategic direction to teams

Salary: Attractive senior leadership package, commensurate with expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
