Assistant General Manager (AGM)

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position requires you to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include managing teams, ensuring project completion, and driving operational efficiency. You will assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and lead and supervise teams to ensure performance targets are met. Additionally, you will oversee real estate projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved. Providing regular reports on operations, sales, and financial performance to senior management will also be part of your role. Collaboration with other departments to coordinate strategies and operations is a key aspect of this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in real estate. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, as well as proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chennai, Kanchipuram, and Thiruvallur. The salary ranges from 35K to 50K with performance-based incentives. The age limit for this position is 25 to 35 years. You will be working day and morning shifts in person at the specified work location.,
