Job Description

Role Overview: You will be serving as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales in the Real Estate industry, specifically focusing on the Kharar Kurali Road area. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the sales team, maintain client relationships, drive market interest, and oversee the transaction processes. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate targets to the team and ensure they are met - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners - Allocate prospects to team members and develop proposals - Achieve individual sales targets and manage forecast projections - Provide timely reports on business development activities - Understand client requirements and translate them into Transaction Briefs - Coordinate with internal departments and ensure closure of transactions - Meet associate needs for events and stocks - Create necessary reports for clients and management Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Strong network of Channel Partners in the Real Estate sector - Proficiency in managing sales targets and market interest - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Additional Details: This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
