Role Overview

Assistant General Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in commercial real estate and corporate interiors.
  
• Lead the full sales cycle—pitching, proposal development, solution selling, negotiation, and closure.
  
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through research, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events.
  
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  
• Prepare tailored presentations and proposals using Flipspaces’ VR-led design platform.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams across design, PMO, finance, and marketing for smooth project delivery.
  
• Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
  
• Track, forecast, and report sales activities via CRM.
  
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in

  B2B sales

• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large value deals.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing/Business Management from a top-tier institute
