Assistant Front Office Manager

Role Overview: As a Front Office Assistant Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth guest services, supervise staff, and uphold resort standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting hotel services to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations. - Address guest queries, complaints, and VIP requirements in a timely and professional manner. - Provide training and guidance to front office staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. - Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate guest services effectively. - Manage occupancy levels, billing processes, and cash handling procedures efficiently. - Actively promote hotel services to guests and visitors to enhance revenue streams. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office roles, with exposure to supervisory responsibilities. - Proficient in communication, leadership, and customer service skills. - Familiarity with MS Office applications.
