Position: Administrative Assistant
Experience Required: 1 Year
Location: Ernakulam, Kadavanthara.
Department: Administration
Reporting To: [Operations Manager/ Admin Head]

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The role requires strong organizational skills, report preparation ability, and effective coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, take and convey messages, and schedule appointments/meetings.
  • Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases with accuracy, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to:
  • Process payments and verify receipts.
  • Assist with invoice handling and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with all Heads of Departments (HODs) for inter-departmental coordination and administrative support.
  • Assist in office communication, correspondence, and general clerical duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Good in computers with strong skills in Word and Excel
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in report preparation, documentation, and MoM drafting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
