Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and contributing to the overall success of our food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all food and beverage operations to maintain high quality and excellent guest experience.
• Support staff training and development to uphold service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Help enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to meet financial goals.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team on promotional activities and events.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
