  • Develop tech-packs and spec-sheets (measurements, construction details, materials) for sample rooms and manufacturers.
  • Work closely with sample room and production team to follow through fit sessions, sample revisions, quality checks and approvals.
  • Maintain and update design files, archive past seasons, and manage design library (swatches, sketches, prints).
  • Support creation of presentation boards for internal reviews, buyers, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and ensure brand style consistency across collections and assist in coordinating with other departments (merchandising, marketing, sales).
  • Stay on top of fashion trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence; present findings to the team.
  • Occasionally assist with photo shoots, lookbooks, packaging visuals, or in-store display design as needed.

  • Strong interest in fashion trends, fabrics, and print & surface design.
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy in spec sheets and tech packs.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage shifting priorities.
  • A portfolio showcasing design sketches, mood boards, and sample work is required.
