Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Facility Manager, located in Kochi. The Assistant Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining technical and HVAC systems, managing housekeeping and hygiene, coordinating security and parking, and supervising staff. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, handling client inquiries, and optimizing facility resources for efficiency and sustainability.

• Experience in Technical & HVAC Solutions and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Housekeeping & Hygiene Maintenance
• Skills in Security & Parking Management
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and waste management
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage teams
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
