Job Description

Title: Asst. Facilities Manager
Business unit: Integrated Facilities ManagementReporting to : Sr. Facility Manger and Key stakeholdersDirect reportsFacilities Executives, Helpdesk Team, Front office Executives,Duties and Responsibilities
  • The role is responsible for full delivery of Facilities Management services at site. The purpose of the role is to deliver good quality, cost effective and risk free office environments and services to customer.
  • Responsible for managing the day to day site operations to ensure the SLAs are delivered as per agreed KPI in the agreement.
  • This is a critical position as he will be placed as site lead and will report to city lead.
  • Responsible of submission of weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly reports on time to JLL and client
  • Responsible for smooth operations at site
  • Ensure that quality of the services is always maintained at highest levels and work on further improvements
  • Distribute and keep the records of all the consumables and facilities assets
  • Supervises and manage facilities vendors (I.e. housekeeping, M&E, cafeteria, pantry services, Utilities and adhoc etc.)
  • Maintain inventories of equipment's and supplies
  • Reports unsafe / abnormal conditions and unusual occurrences to the concerned team
  • Received customer suggestion and make necessary improvements
  • Ensure Legal & statutory compliance is implemented at the site and 100% compliance score is achieved.
  • Monitor the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Civil maintenance work carried out within the facility.
  • Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets in relation to technical/soft services.
  • This includes managing budgets
  • Handling escalations,
  • supervising the Helpdesk operations / executives
  • Schedule regular feedback meetings with vendor to ensure all operational issues are resolved.
  • Schedule feedback sessions with various BU’s and know the C-Sat
  • All statutory compliances are met and the compliance score is above acceptable level

  • Candidate should be Graduate in form
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Management industry into IT / Banking / Corporate set up.
