• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all buildings, common areas,
farm infrastructure, and equipment.
• Manage service providers, housekeeping, security, gardening, and AMC
vendors.
• Implement sustainability practices in energy, water, and waste to align with
Organos regenerative goals.
• Prepare budgets, manage costs, and optimize resource consumption.
• Maintain statutory compliance related to safety, waste, environment, and labor.
• Lead a small cross-functional team including technicians, security, landscape,
and admin staff.
• Liaise with residents and community members for issue resolution and facility
feedback.
• Implement and track facility-related SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with farming operations and sustainability initiatives for smooth
integration.
