Role Description

This is a full-time role for an on-site Assistant Facility Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Facility Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage facility staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain the facility's infrastructure. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely resolution of any facility-related issues. Additionally, the role involves budget management, preparing reports, and supporting the implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Facility management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationship management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair
• Strong budget management and report preparation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in facility management is a plus
