Salary ₹40,000 - ₹42,000 per month In Hand + PF Experience 5-10 years Qualification Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Job Summary We're seeking a Facility Manager - Maintenance Mechanical to oversee the maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintenance Management: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems. 2. Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians. 3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including HVAC, plumbing, and equipment malfunctions. 4. Budgeting: Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
