Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to senior management and factory heads.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities, schedules, meetings, and communication for the management team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to factory operations and management updates.
Assist in coordinating between departments — production, HR, accounts, and logistics — to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for management and factory visits.
Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
Support in vendor communication, correspondence, and coordination.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (both digital and physical).

Skills Required:

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Fluency in Malayalam language (preferred).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Open to travel as per business requirements.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup.
Prior experience supporting senior-level executives or factory management will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
