Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sangli for an Assistant Engineer. The Assistant Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of engineering projects, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with other departments to improve operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks will include performing routine maintenance checks, analyzing technical data, and providing support to senior engineers in project development and implementation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical data analysis
• Experience with project planning and execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent Degree with BOE
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar post in Sugar Insustry with Power plant is must
