Assistant Engineer

Post: Assistant Engineer / Project Manager (Construction)Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or relevant discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction activities after graduation.
• Experience in public or private limited organizations.
• Hands-on experience in planning, designing, and construction of:
• Large office buildings
• Multi-storeyed buildings
• Residential campuses
• Proven experience in preparation, scrutiny, and evaluation of tenders.
• Strong knowledge of SSR (State Schedule Rates) and DSR (Delhi Schedule Rates).
• Telugu speaking is mandatory.

Desirable Experience & Skills

• Experience in administering construction projects in all phases.
• Working knowledge of PERT / CPM techniques.
• Proficiency in computerized project management and design tools, such as:
• MS Project
• Primavera
• CAD / CAM
• Experience in tender analysis and evaluation, including comparative statements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fully computerized environment.

Job Profile / Roles & Responsibilities

• Effective monitoring and management of construction projects.
• Updating project data and identifying bottlenecks and risks using tools like MS Project.
• Suggesting remedial measures to ensure timely completion with quality standards.
• Coordinating with various offices and project owners for regular data updates on project monitoring software.
• Attending project-related queries, resolving issues, and providing technical guidance to project owners.
• Ensuring compliance with approved plans, schedules, and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
