OPERATIONS Manager – E-commerce Growth & Execution Location: Shopdrive, Mohan Marble Lane, Khadi Machine Chowk, Pisoli, Pune Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ROLE OVERVIEW: We're looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Operations Head to drive the backend execution of our fast-growing e-commerce brand. This role involves end-to-end responsibility of marketplace growth, inventory planning, and operational execution — working closely with the Founder. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and coordinate timely inventory inflow and outflow • Work with warehouse, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure stock availability • Track and analyse sales data on Amazon, Flipkart, and Firstcry • Collaborate on listing, pricing, ads, and promotional strategy • Oversee day-to-day backend ops – order flow, PO tracking, returns, reconciliations • Take charge of growth execution across all online channels REQUIREMENTS: • Prior experience in e-commerce operations / marketplace management • Strong coordination, planning, and execution abilities • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for sales and inventory tracking • Self-driven, reliable, and process-oriented • Based in or around Pisoli / Pune preferred
