Assistant Director of Client Success - Ambulatory

As a Customer Success Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting and mentoring clinical and administrative staff within the Dental and Ambulatory departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing direct supervision and mentorship to the clinical and administrative staff. - Assisting department managers/supervisors with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. - Increasing customer engagement and developing strong relationships with clients. - Understanding the strategic business targets and operations of our clients. - Regularly checking in with clients to understand their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for additional services. - Hosting webinars with experts to enhance customers" product knowledge. - Monitoring contract renewals and proactively engaging with clients to secure renewals. - Identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services to meet client needs. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly terms. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
