As an Assistant Director in the Credit Ratings Industry, your role will involve driving growth and revenue generation through client acquisition, relationship management, and seamless execution of rating mandates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Originate rating business for mid/large corporate groups in the assigned region. - Develop & maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. - Identify unrated clients and assist in transitioning them to the rated domain for fundraising. - Ensure operational efficiency, CRM updates, and sales MIS reporting. - Drive revenue growth by achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance business strategy. - Organize knowledge-sharing events with corporates, banks, and financial institutions. - Exhibit a deep understanding of the client's industry, financial trends, and key competitors. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation/Post-Graduation in a relevant field.
