Regional Manager - Corporate Solutions Group

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for spearheading the sales efforts in designated geographies for our client, a broking company dedicated to providing cost-effective insurance solutions for individuals and organizations. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. In addition, you will be tasked with managing the general and life insurance value chain, which includes overseeing sales and distribution, claims processing, policy placement and pricing, as well as policy audits. As the Sales Head for the specified territories, you will report directly to the Zonal Manager - CSG. To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum qualification of Graduation or Post Graduation and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in insurance broking, sales, and business development. A solid understanding of commercial insurance products, policy structuring, and regulatory compliance is essential.
