Assistant Director - Account & Relationship Development Technology Consulting

You will be responsible for leading and driving business development and sales activities for focused target accounts, creating relationships and originating new opportunities. This includes preparing account, strategy, and execution plans, as well as deploying a clear sales management process to increase new business and accelerate capture time. You will spend 80% of your time engaged in sales and market-facing activities, mapping the decision-making cycle for each opportunity. Additionally, you will assist with proposal development, manage portfolios of enterprise accounts, and analyze reports to assess business health. Your role will also involve coordinating relationship building activities with partners, engagement managers, and other team members, engaging in account management activities, and discussing future plans and collaboration opportunities with clients. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in applying Market EDGE, monitor market trends and competitive intelligence, and drive a culture of compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong executive presence, relationship management skills, and past experience in the Technology sector. You should also possess an understanding of the Technology sector landscape in India and globally, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
