Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary, located in Beawar. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for supporting the company secretary in ensuring company compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, taking minutes during board meetings, preparing and filing necessary documentation, maintaining statutory books, handling correspondence with stakeholders, and assisting with corporate governance matters. Additionally, the role involves liaising with regulatory bodies and providing administrative support to the board of directors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
• Experience with corporate governance and compliance processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant company secretary software
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• CS qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
