Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary based in Ernakulam. The role involves supporting the Company Secretary in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, maintaining company records, and handling filings with regulatory authorities. The Assistant Company Secretary will help organize board and committee meetings, prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions, assist in drafting and reviewing documents, and ensure timely filing with respective authorities. The role also includes maintaining effective communication with regulators and stakeholders while ensuring good corporate governance practices are followed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Company Law and Secretarial Practices
• Proficiency in drafting agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, RoC filings etc
• Experience in maintaining statutory registers and records
• Ability to independently handle communication with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or other relevant discipline
• Candidate must be a Student of ICSI - Executive level or Professional level
• Candidates must have completed mandatory training with a CS/PCS 
• Prior experience in NBFC will be preferred.
