Anjali Labtech Limited is a venture by Anjali Group, established in Surat, Gujarat in the year 2021. Specializing in Lab Grown Diamonds, we have become a trusted name in the industry, offering both certified and non-certified diamonds. Our mission is to promote awareness of the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and advocate for sustainable choices in jewellery.

Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities:

·        Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Rules & Regulations and other applicable laws.

·        Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with MCA/ROC.

·        Draft, review, and file board resolutions, minutes of meetings, notices, and agendas.

·        Assist in convening and conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.

·        Handle corporate governance and secretarial standards compliance.

·        File necessary e-forms with MCA within prescribed timelines.

·        Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders.

·        Support in drafting corporate policies, agreements, and other legal documentation.

·     Assist in due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities (if required).

Experience with a listed company will be given preference.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).

·        1–3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.

·        Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.

·        Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.

·        Proficiency in MCA portal filings and compliance tools.

·        Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
