Job Description

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
Maintain corporate records including minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
Coordinate board/committee meetings: prepare agendas, circulate materials, and document minutes.
Liaise with directors, auditors, regulators, and shareholders.
Prepare and file annual reports, financial statements, and regulatory disclosures.
Track and communicate legal/regulatory changes impacting the company.
Advise the board on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Manage shareholder communication and engagement.
Implement corporate policies and ensure procedural adherence.
Handle other corporate secretarial tasks and ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
