Candidate Profile

Semi-qualified Company Secretary with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Should not have December 2025 CS attempt and must be available for immediate joining.
Strong knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Regulations, NBFC, Public Company Compliance other allied laws.
Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
