Job Description

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of all Brand Marketing operations across various channels such as paid, earned, and owned. Your responsibilities will include assisting in designing and delivering brand and marketing communications to enhance brand awareness and consumer trust. Your primary focus will be on understanding the segment and collaborating with internal and external creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals. You will contribute to driving brand narratives across offline, digital, and social media platforms to build awareness, preference, and trust among the target audience. Additionally, you will support in developing an annual brand calendar, managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and monitoring the performance of media campaigns regularly. It will be essential for you to ensure the adherence of brand guidelines across all touchpoints and track the brand health scores through research. In your role, you will design mechanisms to gather and share consumer insights with relevant stakeholders and analyze the competition's product offerings, advertising strategies, and marketing initiatives to provide actionable insights internally. Your program management responsibilities will involve planning, coordinating, and executing strategic and tactical marketing campaigns efficiently. You will collaborate with media partners to promote and optimize brand content across traditional and digital media channels. Managing the Social Media Channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) will also be part of your duties with assistance from internal teams and external agencies. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all external parties in the domain, including agencies, vendors, freelancers, and media entities. To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing communication with a strong passion for the field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. A problem-solving mindset coupled with analytical skills will be beneficial for your success. Ideally, you should possess an MBA or equivalent degree with a focus on Marketing or Mass Communication to meet the academic qualifications required for this position.,
