Assistant Brand Manager

The Assistant Brand Managers primary responsibility is to uphold the brand's tone, image, goodwill, and reputation. The role involves leading strategic initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth processes while maintaining the brand's identity, values, and ensuring all communications align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the brand's positioning, goals, and target audience.
• Develop, implement, and manage the brand's visual communication, including colours, text, and logos, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Plan, execute, and manage verbal communications, including PR initiatives and content across websites and various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and selecting the most relevant strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms, including digital channels, marketing materials, and collaterals.
• Create engaging campaigns and promotional materials that align with the brand's values and connect with the target audience.
• Manage and fulfil all requirements from cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing collaterals are completed in line with brand standards.
• Monitor the brand's online presence across social media platforms, websites, and communication touchpoints to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and identify partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values and target audience.
• Monitor, communicate, negotiate, and manage relationships with partners, vendors to increase exposure and achieve business objectives.
• You will be involved in decision-making regarding the types of purchases and implementations that directly impact the guest experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to

  resort locations

  for

  shoots, events, or any brand-related activities

  as and when required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with varied brand initiatives.
