Urgent Opening for Brand Manager in Leading Jewellery Company in Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and maintain brand identity, including visual elements, tone, and messaging.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and sales, to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage brand budget and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments Conduct the internal meeting and discuss the work improvement and milestone achievement. Check the petty cash expenses on daily basis and reporting the expense issues to HO during cash shortage.
• Update the progression of the project and report to management. Ensure clean labour shed sanitation and hospitality & control the material wastages. Coordinate the client & sub-contractors bill preparations and checking work quality bill submission to organization.
• Follow company rules and regulations and maintain the secrecy of company's transactions. Encourage and suggest improvements and ideas for reduction of time and cost for the company. Train and develop subordinates to elevate into next position.
• Motivating team members and guiding in a positive approach and encouraging them for smart work and peaceful work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and identity.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
