Assistant Brand Manager

About the Role:

dynamic Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the brand strategy and roadmap for MB Fit Foods across categories like 

  protein beverages, bars, healthy snacks, oats, muesli

  , etc.
• Lead 

  NPD (New Product Development)

   based on consumer insights, market trends, and category gaps.
• Drive brand positioning, product launches, and go-to-market strategies across all channels.
• Lead 

  ATL & BTL marketing initiatives

  , including influencer campaigns, print, digital ads, and on-ground activations.
• Collaborate with 

  design, content, performance marketing, and analytics teams

   to build compelling 360 campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze category performance on 

  eCommerce, quick commerce, and retail platforms

  , and take actions for consistent revenue growth.
• Build scalable D2C-first launches and work closely with 

  growth, supply chain, and category teams

   to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Manage media assets like ads, videos, product shoots, and creatives that bring the brand to life.
• Track ROI of brand investments and optimize budgets across channels.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–6 years of experience in 

  FMCG/Foods/Health Foods

   in roles like 

  Brand Manager, Product Manager, or Category Manager

  .
• Prior experience managing 

  foods/F&B products

   like snack bars, peanut butter, muesli, oats, functional beverages is a must.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign and sales data to fuel decisions.
• Hands-on experience in both 

  offline & digital marketing (ATL, BTL, performance)

  .
• Deep understanding of 

  consumer behavior, food trends

  , and wellness space.
• Exposure to 

  eCommerce & quick commerce platforms

   (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
