Assistant Brand Manager

As an Assistant Brand Manager at Ferrero, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring Brand Marketing Plans to achieve brand and sales objectives for the allocated brand. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the Market Research Team to track the brand's performance, including sell-out data, freshness, pricing, stock levels, market share, and consumer behavior. - Tracking marketing campaigns, SKU performance, and other KPIs for the brand. - Conducting Nielsen Analysis and sharing findings with the sales team to develop action plans. - Supporting the Brand Manager in communication and advertising strategies by briefing advertising agencies with relevant information. - Collaborating with Trade Marketing and Logistics functions to monitor the sales plan and analyze deviations. - Liaising with Legal for documentation and legal-related approvals. To be successful in this role, Ferrero is looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - MBA Degree in Marketing - 4-7 years of experience in Marketing - Experience in the FMCG market, preferably in Foods - Understanding of different markets and cultures - Fluency in English - Proficiency in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot table, v-look up) To succeed at Ferrero, you need to be consumer and product-centric, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for consumers worldwide.
